1st Level Supporter / IT-Dispatcher (m/w/d) II Netgo Tax
As a 1st Level Supporter / IT-Dispatcher (m/w/d), you are the first point of contact for our customers. You ensure that disruptions and inquiries are efficiently processed and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction.
Here is an overview of your tasks:
- Customer Contact: You receive qualified inquiries from our customers via phone and email and are close to their needs.
- Ticket Creation: You convert customer orders into tickets and document them carefully so that all relevant information is available in an overview.
- Prioritize and Categorize: You prioritize, classify, and document the inquiries in our ticket system and ensure that nothing is overlooked.
- Teamwork: With the attitude of Growing Together, you direct customer inquiries to our downstream service teams and support units.
We are filling the position nationwide, close to the locations of the netgo tax. Your training will take place at our location in Waltrop or Kaufering, depending on your place of residence.

- IT Skills: You have a basic technical understanding and know the meaning of IT terms.
- Technology Enthusiast: Your interest in new technologies and your quick comprehension ensure that you quickly adapt to new topics.
- Communication Skills: Come as you are! Your ability to communicate both verbally and in writing makes you a valued contact person. Your German language skills are at C1 level.
- Structured and Logical: You think and act in a structured and logical manner and always find the best way to a solution.
- Responsible: Your commitment and sense of responsibility help you to always keep the concerns of our customers in sight.
- Enjoyment of Customer Contact: You appreciate direct contact with our customers and like to address their concerns.
