We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Associate to support HR functions, recruiting activities, and payroll operations. This role requires exceptional accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to support both employees and the HR Director in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, is comfortable handling multiple priorities including HR data management, recruitment tasks, and payroll processing experience preferably with Paylocity.
