Nesco Resource is currently sourcing Spray Booth Operators for an Automotive Finishing Facility Shift Available: 2nd shift 2:45pm-10:45pm with Mandatory OT on weekends Pay: 20.54/hr Job Duties:

• Prepares, primes, sands, seals, patches, cleans and paints truck beds and surfaces
• Use various painting materials such as primers, polyurethanes, lacquer thinner finishes.
• Tapes, sands, repairs, and applies texturing layers on a variety of surfaces
• Operate, clean and maintain all painting equipment including brushes, sprayers, robotic spray guns, pumps, etc
• Safely stores and labels all materials
• Keeps records and submits reports of work.
• Erects scaffolding, rigging and ladders as necessary in a manner consistent with safety codes
• Can read, understand, and communicate work instructions clearly
• Ability to understand acceptable spray patterns, clogged mix chambers, and tips
• Understands tolerances of spray equipment and bed liner build tolerances.
• Perform manual application of spray in the event of robotic equipment failure or repairs
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience with TS and ISO standards
• Robotic programming experience is a plus!
• Ability to interpret blueprints and work orders
