We're looking for a Part-Time Production & Shipping Support Specialist to assist with order processing, customer communication, and shipping coordination at a busy industrial facility. What You'll Do:

• Accurately enter incoming purchase orders into the system to generate work orders for production
• Communicate with customers to clarify missing or incomplete order information
• Help educate customers on required order details to improve efficiency and reduce delays
• Flag and prioritize urgent orders by labeling and notifying internal teams
• Stamp work orders with serialization indicators and complete appropriate documentation
• Maintain accurate filing systems for work orders and WIP documents
• Assist with shipping/receiving tasks including internal communications and scheduling pickups
• Answer phones and respond to internal messages as needed
• Provide reliable backup support to the Shipping & Receiving Clerk during busy times or absences

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or shipping environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Professional and courteous communication skills both written and verbal
• Comfortable working with internal software systems and basic Microsoft tools
• Dependable, punctual, and proactive attitude
