Marketing Support
Location: Archdale, NC Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1st Shift)
Position Overview
The Marketing Support role is responsible for assisting with day-to-day marketing operations, including event coordination, product data management, and support for product and sales initiatives. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing materials, product information, and customer support activities are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Tradeshow Coordination
- Support the planning and coordination of tradeshows, events, and training activities
- Assist with logistics, scheduling, and execution of marketing events
Data Management & Digital Support
- Gather, update, and maintain product data within the Product Information Management (PIM) system
- Update website content and digital product information as needed
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across digital platforms
Marketing Collateral Coordination
- Coordinate physical marketing materials and collateral
- Update and maintain marketing assets to ensure accuracy and availability
Customer & Sales Support
- Coordinate customer and sales sample requests
- Ensure timely fulfillment and tracking of sample distribution
Product & Team Support
- Provide administrative and project support to Product Managers
- Assist with additional marketing and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
- Experience supporting marketing, events, or product teams
- Familiarity with PIM systems or website content management
