HR Assistant

Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Monday - Friday Hybrid schedule 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct corporate phone calls.
• Support new hire onboarding, including payroll follow-up.
• Provide specialized support to HR and other departments as needed.
• Assist HR and recruiting teams with conducting outreach.
• Assist with completion of employment verifications and any other required documents.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up for annual safety training refreshers.
• Serve as a back-up to the HR Generalist through cross-training.
• Coordinate and mail welcome packages, anniversary, and birthday cards.
• Assist with proposals and prequalification packages to secure new clients, as needed.
• Arrange travel logistics for employees as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
• Prior HR, administrative, or recruiting support experience preferred.
