Now Hiring – Data Entry / Service Associate Rochester, NY

Full-Time | Long-Term Contract $18/hour Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Seeking a Service Associate (Tier II) to support benefits and insurance data processing operations. This is a steady, full-time, in-office role ideal for someone who welcomes a structured, detail-focused environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Enter and update disability and insurance plan data into internal systems
• Review submissions for accuracy and resolve data discrepancies
• Utilize multiple systems and insurance carrier portals to process information
• Communicate with internal teams and occasionally contact external partners to verify details
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while working through daily volume

What we're looking for:

• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy (100% data integrity is critical)
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and screens
• Basic phone communication skills (inbound/outbound as needed)
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow established processes

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or insurance/benefits processing
• Experience working with structured workflows or high-volume tasks
