We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team at one of our client partnerships in Chesterfield, MO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing and customer commitments
- Provide updates on quotes, timelines, billing, and shipments
- Prepare paperwork and generate purchase orders
- Support shipping/receiving and daily driver schedules
- Maintain accurate documentation and safeguard customer information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Customer service or technical environment experience preferred
