Counter Sales Associate

Requires a high school diploma or GED. Shift hours M-F 7:30-4:30. Heavy warehouse experience needed - will be 80% warehouse position with some phones and basic customer service needed. Could need to load customer/dealer vehicles with forklift so experience is needed with a customer service demeanor. Counting skills for cycle counts preferred. Electric sit down/stand up forklift, propane forklift will be used.

The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through daily store operations and expert product knowledge. Key duties include managing inventory, recording shipments, maintaining the store's appearance, and occasionally performing managerial tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and overseeing opening and closing procedures.

Qualified candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with a team. The ideal applicant is a growth-minded individual with a powerful customer presence who is committed to completing all required training and providing high-level service in a fast-paced retail environment. High school diploma or GED is required for the position.
