Administrative Support Associate
Job Title: Administrative Support Associate Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in New York State) Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $18-$20 Hourly
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Support Associate to join our growing Performance Team. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for data reporting and project coordination. You'll play a vital role in supporting consultants across several NY regions as we expand services to new members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to a team of 10 performance consultants across New York State
- Manage multiple administrative functions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Maintain accurate records and perform detailed data entry using Excel and CRM platforms
- Assist with communication, scheduling, documentation, and coordination for performance initiatives
- Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com for task tracking and workflow management
- Manage data within internal systems including HubSpot CRM
- Uphold professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive member data
Qualifications
Experience:
- 2–3 years of full-time administrative experience required
- Background in healthcare or social services preferred, but not required
Education:
- High school diploma required
- Associate degree or higher preferred
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com)
- Quick learner of new technologies and systems
