Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is one of four business areas. We are experiencing growth and seeking an RF Designer.

The RF Designer will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of advanced technology systems, products, and services. This role requires a deep understanding of RF systems and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop RF systems and components
• Integrate RF systems into larger technology platforms
• Conduct system-level testing and validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in RF design and development
• Strong understanding of RF systems, components, and integration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
