We are looking for an Operations Specialist - Cards Operations
Main responsibilities:
Comprehensive management of BAU (Business As Usual) operations teams, both internal and external. Lead the operational planning of the card team, participate in business and risk forums, manage incidents, ensure SLA compliance, collaborate with IT projects, and guarantee the correct implementation of improvements, control, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of internal and external BAU operations teams: establish priorities, direct work plans, represent the card team in banking committees and forums (risk, business, etc.).
- Incident management: coordination of teams, identification of impacted clients, definition of solution strategy and communication, and executive-level reporting.
- SLA control and follow-up: implementation of improvement plans and optimization of processes.
- Participation in card implementation projects, in close collaboration with IT teams and knowledge of card processing.
- Review of regulatory changes from VISA and MasterCard.
