The Software Engineer Senior position will work in the External Security engineering team and will have as main responsibilities to actively participate in technical refinements, propose best practices in architecture together with the team, and lead an initiative from start to finish, proposing solutions and moderating refinements.

The External Security team at Neon is responsible for ensuring that our users have a secure experience when accessing our application. Our team plays a crucial role in protecting customer information and ensuring that all transactions are carried out securely and reliably.

Requirements:

• Experience in building applications from development to production publication.
• Strong technical background and practical experience in software development for microservices.
• Experience in creating resilient, scalable, and performant applications to handle high volume.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Unit and integration testing.
• Excellent communication skills to handle internally and with other teams and ability to conduct difficult conversations in a respectful manner.
• Ability to handle support from partner tools.
• Pursuit of excellence in engineering, with a focus on scalability, security, precision, and robustness.
