The Role

We're looking for a bold and visionary Senior Retail Wholesale Marketing Manager to join NEOM Wellbeing in a full-time, permanent role. Reporting to the Head of Customer Activation based in our London Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling and commercial execution.

You'll lead the charge in shaping and delivering NEOM's marketing strategy and go-to-market plans across key third-party channels, including Wholesale, Etail, QVC, and Amazon partnering with iconic retailers like ULTA, John Lewis, and Boots. Your mission? To create disruptive, inspirational, and commercially powerful activations that elevate NEOM's Wellbeing brand positioning and impact, and drive commercial ROI across every customer touchpoint.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute customer marketing strategies across Third Party Retail, Amazon, QVC and Etail to meet commercial and brand KPIs.
• Own the go-to-market process for product launches and brand campaigns, ensuring full integration and impact across NEOM's Retail/Digital partners.
• Deliver tailored marketing activations, through strategic JBPs and visual merchandising across partner channels. That are aligned to the global marketing calendar and channel specific KPIs.
• Support international expansion and strategic partnerships in the UK, EU, and US, including ULTA and other top-tier accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, CRM, PR, and Commercial teams to deliver standout brand moments and shopper communications.
• Manage one direct report and build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships across key accounts, and internally with commercial team counterparts.
• Oversee channel marketing budgets and use performance insights to optimise future investment and strategy.
