We are on the lookout for an HR Manager to join our HR Department.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the full employee lifecycle for the Customer Service Minsk-based staff (excluding recruitment), from onboarding through off-boarding and all status changes in between.
- Coordinate and ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding process for new hires, setting them up for success from day one.
- Manage off-boarding procedures professionally and in full compliance, including documentation and exit formalities.
- Administer all employee status changes (transfers, promotions, leaves) accurately and promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR support, answering employee inquiries and resolving issues related to policies, benefits, and documentation.
- Manage and track all local HR documentation, including employment contracts, addendums, and personal files.
- Administer time-off programs (vacation, sick leave, other absences) in accordance with local labor law and company policy.
- Maintain 100% accurate and up-to-date local HR data and records in all designated systems.
- Coordinate and support local employee engagement activities and events to promote team cohesion and a positive workplace culture.
