As a key member of the Program Operations team within the World of Hyatt organization, the Programs Operations Hotel Support team is responsible for building relationships with hotels, tracking and reporting key performance metrics, and providing operational assistance as needed. The World of Hyatt Hotel Support Specialist ensures World of Hyatt achieves programs objectives by assisting the Program Operations team with the day-to-day operations including hotel escalations, special projects, and sustainment of Americas new hotel openings. This role is also responsible for working cross-functionally with corporate operations and GCC teams to ensure a seamless member experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, passion for hospitality and proven organizational skills. Loyalty program knowledge and hotel operational experience is required. The Programs Operations team is looking for a candidate with long-term interest with a concentration on internal team growth.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.75 plus a $1.00 language differential. This position is eligible to earn overtime. The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
