Welder – Weekly Pay – Start ASAP

Location: Fremont, NE Pay Range: $24.88 - $28.00 per hour (Based on experience)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated welder to join our team. As a welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools. You will work with a variety of materials and follow blueprints and specifications to ensure high-quality welds.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings.
• Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in welding from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Proven experience as a welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
