This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers. You will leverage your analytical and communication skills as you perform tasks that may include indexing mail for the imaging system, entering data and conducting audits, preparing safety recommendation letters, and verifying coverage, among other things. A background in insurance is not required, but a willingness to learn the industry through our on-the-job training is.
