As a Senior Sales Consultant – Managed Services, you will serve as a strategic advisor to both prospective and existing clients within our enterprise space (2,500 EE+), helping them reimagine their HR and payroll operations through UKG's fully managed offerings. You will influence complex deal cycles in collaboration with front-line sales reps, acting as the face of UKG Managed Services in enterprise sale engagements. Your expertise will shape value-driven conversations at the executive level, position UKG as a long-term strategic partner, and help drive revenue growth across multiple verticals.
