What's in it for you?

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Schedule: Flexible shifts depending on business needs (Day Shift: 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.; Night Shift: 6:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.)

Potential for assignment extensions

Safe work environment with essential Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manually load/unload products and prepare materials for processing.
• Operate within warehouse and sterilization procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain organized, clean work areas.
• Identify and report potential safety risks.
• Support timely and accurate production schedules.
• Follow detailed written procedures and company policies.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

Experience: Manufacturing/Warehouse Preferred (not required).

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Physical abilities to lift 20-50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts.
