Location: Omaha, NE (5 Days in a Week)
Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and reusable components on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript (client/server-side), Glide Script, HTML, CSS for Service Portal development.
Direct, hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow Health and Safety or workplace safety Module is must.
Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDB and ITOM, HRSD and ITAM frameworks and processes.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, and MID Servers, specific knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory integration.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with various IT systems and tools using MID Server, web services, APIs, etc.
Proactively monitor and tune system performance, optimizing complex queries, reports, and background scripts.
Experience in core platform mechanics including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, UI builder (Configurable workspace), Playbook and Advanced Workflows.
Experience with Source Control (e.g., Git) for collaborative development and using Studio.CI/DC processes.
Experience with Mobile App Builder (MAB), Mobile Studio, Applets, and setting up Offline Mode functionality.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) - Must
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Preferred

Define and enforce platform architectural standards, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to security best practices. Perform code reviews, technical design reviews, and provide guidance.
The base salary range for this position is $112,325 to $138,246 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
