PAY & BENEFITS
Our Service Technicians not only enjoy a great wage of $20.00 - $40.00/hour, but we also offer additional financial incentives like a $500 sign-on bonus, overtime premiums, on-call bonus eligibility, and a progressive scale production-based incentive plan! That's all in addition to our terrific benefits package:
THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of professional hands-on diesel repair experience
Ability to operate vehicles and use diagnostic equipment
Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical activity in various weather conditions for extended periods of time
Valid driver's license
Bonus Qualifications
Formal John Deere training (JDU)
10+ years of experience in the agricultural industry
Positive employment of reasonable tenure with another John Deere dealer
