Position Summary: The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and procedures as well as communicating effectively with team members within the service department.

Required Level: High School OR five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Level: High School Other: Associates Degree
Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 0 – 5
