Engineer - Must have a Third Grade Engineer License from the City of Omaha (Boiler Certification). This position would be perfect for a retired engineer, looking to work again for extra income, without all the stress of a regular Engineer position. The pay is $24.50 as per the contract and is NOT negotiable. Looking for a candidate to start immediately. This position is required to monitor equipment (boilers, temperatures, pressures, water pumps, fans, air handlers) and troubleshoot when needed by contacting the on-call Facilities manager. They may perform the needed repairs themselves or utilize FaceTime to have the manager walk them through the process. If they are unable to fix it, then the manager will contact another vendor to come in and complete the repairs. Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including production, warehouse, loading dock, office areas and/or the perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access control points and assist with visitor, contractor and/or driver check-in, including verifying identification, issuing badges as directed and maintaining required logs.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, unauthorized access attempts and/or policy violations, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
