Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving business growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
  • Schedule 1–2 qualified appointments per week.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout all interactions.
  • Accurately document activities and update CRM systems as required.

Compensation:

Base Pay + Commission

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
  • Willingness to make the calls and maintain a positive attitude.
  • B2B sales background preferred, but willing to look at candidates with any sales experience.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
