3+ years in front desk leadership β You know the ins and outs of hospitality, and it shows in how you lead.
Hilton experience (preferred) β Familiarity with Hilton systems and service standards is a plus.
Some college or an associate degree (preferred) β It supports the decision-making and reporting responsibilities of the role.
