Lead Production Operations

Job Profile Summary

Leads production operations teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, process optimization, and integration with strategic business objectives. Utilizes advanced data analysis and continuous improvement techniques to optimize operational performance, develop crisis management strategies, and maintain high service levels.

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational processes, ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulations
• Guide and develop team members in advanced production operations processes
• Design, implement, and benchmark process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operations with broader business goals
• Perform advanced data analysis to drive process optimization and risk management
• Oversee crisis management and business resilience planning
• Foster vendor relationships to enhance operational effectiveness
• Develop procedures for operational efficiency and scalability
• Ensure quality control and accuracy in transaction processing
• Lead projects for production operations enhancement

Education Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience required. 7 years of relevant prior experience.

Job Profile Level Description

Recognized subject matter expert. Manages large projects or processes; limited managerial oversight. Coaches, reviews, and delegates to lower-level professionals. Addresses complex operational problems. Influences department and organization policies and procedures.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $60,325 - $109,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
