We build and operate fiber networks and provide transformative multi-Gigabit internet access to homes and businesses in small and medium-sized communities across the Southeast and Midwest U.S. As a Residential Door To Door Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for directly engaging with potential residential customers at their homes to sell products and services. This role involves building rapport with individuals, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value and benefits of the products being offered. You will often work independently, managing your schedule and territories to maximize sales opportunities.

Individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, and canvassing roles are encouraged to apply, as transferable skills like communication, relationship building and resilience are highly valued.

What You'll Do:

• You will be responsible for selling Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers within your designated territory near your location.
• You will utilize a company-owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, which will help build a strong referral network.
• Meeting sales targets for products and services is expected, and you have the option to attend Kinetic special events to expand your network and enhance your sales opportunities.
• Participate in our dynamic 5-week Sales Residency program that equips you with the essential skills and industry knowledge to succeed.

Do You Have:

• Sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• A reliable and insured personal vehicle is needed to drive to and from assigned territories until you receive your company-owned vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others.
• The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and cover terrains ranging from paved, gravel, dirt, and hilly roads.
• Bi-lingual, English & Spanish, a plus.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus: Earn a total sign-on bonus of $5,000, distributed in installments. Receive $1,000 upon successfully completing your 5-week residency, $2,000 at the 6-month milestone, and the remaining $2,000 after 12 months of service. This offer is available to new employees only and requires you to be employed and in good standing at the time of each payout.
