Keyholder - retail Support

Now Hiring: Keyholder-Retail Customer Service

Join our retail team as a Keyholder and play a vital role in supporting daily store operations. We're looking for a dependable and motivated individual with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and attention to detail. Looking for full and part time associates to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures
• Act as the point of contact when management is not on duty
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with purchases, questions, and concerns
• Handle cash management tasks, including balancing registers and preparing deposits
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
• Assist with training, coaching, and supporting team members
• Monitor inventory levels, help with restocking, and report shortages to management
• Enforce company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to take initiative and lead by example
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
