An Insight Global client in the insurance and financial services industry is seeking a Sales Associate to support its individual sales distribution channel specializing in worksite and voluntary benefits offerings. This role partners closely with regional sales executives to drive sales growth by providing internal sales support, distributor engagement, and territory coordination. The Sales Associate will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external distributors, supporting sales strategy, scheduling, training, and follow-up activities. They will be responsible for maintaining client relationships which will help to develop strong working knowledge in underwriting, policy issuance, claims, client services, contracting, and licensing. This is a highly collaborative role ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong communication skills and experience in insurance products. The compensation for this role is comprised of 61,200 base + commission = total target of 80k+.
