Industrial Maintenance Technician

Perform all preventative maintenance and emergency maintenance on processing equipment. Conduct routine greasing on equipment. Repair and maintain pumps and conveyors, including changing seals, valves, and piping. Carry out motor alignments and bearing maintenance. Change fluids and swap gearboxes as necessary. Participate in an on-call rotation during weekends, with guaranteed compensation for on-call hours. Skills in pump repair and hose replacement. Knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic systems. Understanding of industrial maintenance. Previous experience in a food or agricultural facility is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

The work environment is within an industrial processing building, which can be loud and hot. The position involves working in all areas of the building, including some outdoor work. You'll generally work independently on preventative maintenance tasks but may partner with another technician for major projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
