Facility Technician- Operations Feed Prep Train 2

Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking a Facility Technician- Operations Feed Prep Train 2. Performs hands on operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, and offloading vans. NEW wage $26.50 per hour- DOE. The shift is rotating Days/Nights 4- 12 hour shifts. This is a great opportunity for college students or recent high school grads wanting to gain some work experience.

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times. Performs basic operations including, but not limited to, drum movement, drum opening, and proper inventory warehousing. Operates a forklift when necessary, responsible for performing and documenting daily safety check prior to operating. Completes and submits all associated paperwork as required for waste tracking movements. Able to use scanning application for dumping and pumping. Ensures that work meets all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures. Reviews all applicable SOP's and satisfactorily completes quizzes. Ensures, understands and has ownership for area specific permit required compliance standards. Meets or exceeds production goals. Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment. Understands Clean Compliance Standard.

High School Diploma or equivalent. NEW! Willing to train on forklift operation. Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force. Climb up and down vertical ladders. Good hand/eye coordination. 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit-ups (to determine if fit). 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical. Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste. DOT/OSHA Training. Ability to work in team environment. Proficiency in Windows based applications. Ability to perform multiple task. Must be willing to work nights, weekend. Ability to work in adverse weather. Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!). Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screen and physical. Valid Driver's License- required.
