Responsibilities:

• Supervise all work activities of your department's personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions in the facility.
• Making inspections of all assigned areas to make certain the highest standards of Quality Assurance Control are being met.
• Training of new and existing employees on new equipment, products and cleaning methods.
• Scheduling Environmental Services personnel.
• Participating in interviewing perspective candidates and making hiring decisions; focusing on maintaining a positive culture.

Qualifications:

• We are seeking results-driven team players. Qualified candidates must be passionate about providing superior quality in all that they do.
• Minimum Requirements:
• High School Degree or GED equivalent.
• Two (2) years of work experience or equivalent required.
• Preferred qualifications that will make you successful:
• Five (5) years of experience preferred.
• Experience in a health care or hospital environment is strongly preferred.
