Environmental Services Custodial Operations Manager

Sodexo is hiring our professionally polished Environmental Services Custodial Operations Manager for Millard Public Schools in Omaha, NE. Our leader will support 38 buildings for our 21,000 students. This position works with three other custodial managers to support all custodians in all school and support building locations. Valid Driver’s license with clear background required.

What You'll Do

Provide a clean and safe environment for students, visitors, and staff. Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives. Effectively manage the Unit Operating System.

What You Bring

Valid Driver’s license with clear background required. Experience leading, training and managing a team, and is a leadership skills to develop and motivate our team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery. Strong leadership skills and with the ability to work independently to drive program goals.
