Engineers Ultimate LLC Hiring Engineers

Engineers Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire engineers for full time work in LaPlatte, NE. General duties include performing designs of prestress/precast concrete products and associated plant designs as necessary, while meeting established timelines for completion of work and performing related work as required or assigned.

Essential duties include providing a safe, timely and efficient design, coordinating and communicating information to responsible parties, providing customer service, contributing to operational developments, building professional relationships, contributing to team effort, maintaining company reputation, securing confidential and intellectual information, and performing all occupational safety and hazard procedures in conjunction with all essential duties.

Knowledge of the methods, practices, tools, material, and equipment used in the work process, occupational hazards and proper safety precautions, code design criteria, record keeping and documentation procedures used in the Engineering process, the end product, including its use and tolerances, Ultimate's policies and procedures relating to Engineering, and Engineering design principles and methods in reinforced concrete.

Skills in safe and efficient use of applicable equipment, machines and software used in the Engineering process, and design of precast concrete products and related hardware.

Ability to successfully direct a team of employees in the Engineering process, follow oral and written instruction, establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, communicate effectively and at an appropriate level for this classification, and maintain professional and technical expertise.

Work environment may expose employees to moving mechanical/electrical parts and equipment, fumes or airborne particles, vibration, metal preservatives, oils and greases, loud noise, heat/cold/wet conditions, and working above ground.

Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, using hand to finger, grip, or feel objects, tools or controls; reaching with hands and arms; stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending or twisting; talking and hearing, seeing and focusing.

Minimum qualifications include equivalent combination of experience, education and training which provides the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities of this classification. Must successfully complete and possess all required company training certifications. Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Professional Engineering License in the states in which Ultimate does business.
