TEKsystems is seeking customer service agents with a desire to move into a sales role in the future. Candidates must have a minimum of an associate's degree completed. All interviews will be completed the week of September 8th.
Manage a high level of inbound calls professionally and efficiently. Follow-up on inquiries from potential clients telephonically and via email. Use persuasive objectives on outbound calls to secure a transfer to the sales department. Ability to meet weekly, monthly, and yearly key performance indicators (KPIs) for inbound and outbound calls.
