We are seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer for a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity based in Omaha, NE. This role focuses on designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud architecture, automation, and security best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement Azure cloud solutions across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of Azure services (VMs, Networking, Azure AD, Storage, etc.).
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and best practices.
• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305) are highly preferred.

Pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
