Office Location: This position is assigned to our office located at 84th & O St, Lincoln, NE.
Pay Grade 7: $30.597/hour ($30.979/hour after pay structure increases on June 29, 2026)
This rate is based upon available budget funds; any offer will be made at this rate.
Essential Functions
Working Conditions and Travel:
This position requires approximately 98% of work time spent in an office environment; the remaining 2% is spent traveling or working in alternative sites such as off-site office locations and meetings. There is no expected overnight travel.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in a related field such as computer science, computer engineering, or management information systems. Any equivalent education and/or work experience may be substituted in order to meet the minimum qualifications of the position
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree and at least one year of experience, or high school diploma and at least three years of experience providing customer service and supporting Microsoft OS, with some Mac OS experience. Experience supporting variety of hardware and peripherals, and working with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Adobe Software.
