Pay range $24.304 - $34.721/hour PLUS $3.00/hour facility differential for hours worked! Pay rate may be commensurate with education and/or experience within fiscal constraints, if approved.

Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited University with emphasis in Foods and Nutrition, Institutional Management or a related area OR post-high school coursework/training in related area plus four years' experience in food service activities, one of which was in a responsible supervisory or management capacity.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with managing large-scale food service operation using food service production techniques and sanitation standards. Experience working with medical and religious diets. Experience in maintaining physical and computerized inventories.
Other: Transcripts required prior to appointment. Applicants accepting a job offer must pass the following pre-employment exams the medical exam, and at a randomly announced time, pass a drug test. Once at the Staff Training Academy, must successfully complete the fully paid NE Corrections Training Program to include CPR, first aid and self-defense tactics.
