Located at the Central Office, this position plays a pivotal role in the Rehabilitative Services division by managing both routine administrative duties and key projects. This includes providing critical support across several areas: classification, community supervision, programs, and reentry services. This role reports directly to the Partnership Program Manager and is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and successful execution of the agency's priorities. Minimum Qualifications: At least one year of post high school coursework or experience in: administration, office management, accounting, finance, planning, policy analysis and implementation, administrative/management analysis, operations research, program evaluation, research, or similar fields or in a field related to the programs or functions of the employing agency.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in a related field or completion of a relevant vocational training program. One to three years' experience in office management or administration. Demonstrated ability to manage small-scale projects, including tracking documents and coordinating tasks from start to finish. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience may be substituted for education.
