As a Servicenow Developer, you will revolutionize how HubSpotters get help within the company and assist teams across the organization in improving their help processes. You'll be helping to configure and maintain our Servicenow environment, and you'll work alongside our Servicenow Engineering and BSAs.
How your day-to-day work will look like: Support the platform to ensure stability, upgradeability, integrity, and efficient operation of the platform. Execute upgrades and install patch/fixes, investigate and resolve incidents. Work closely with the various teams across HubSpot leveraging Servicenow. Work with key stakeholders (process owners, service owners, etc) to match requirements with platform capabilities. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and story creation all the way through to solution development and testing. Develop innovative solutions that deliver high value business outcomes.
This would make you the ideal candidate: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of ITSM and ITAM processes, customizations, and best practices. Ability to build or modify scripts using Java Script, HTML, or other languages as necessary. Experience building new integrations with Integration Hub. REST API experience or scripted web services. Advanced English level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
