Availability: Flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, weekends and holidays)

Objective of the Position

You will be responsible for efficiently managing service requests, ensuring their review, assignment, prioritization, and documentation. You will coordinate technical schedules, verify parts availability, and manage their delivery to meet SLA (service level agreements).

Additionally:

• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
• Optimize the use of resources (labor, parts, and shipments).
• Support the Field Service Delivery operation in LATAM countries.
• Comply with mandatory training and safety measures for technicians.
• Identify opportunities for process and territory improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assign service requests according to priority, type, and urgency.
• Coordinate technical schedules and parts availability (local, national, regional, and global).
• Monitor estimated arrival times and SLA compliance.
• Document all actions in service requests.
• Handle special requests and resolve customer complaints.
• Supervise the general status of the territory and propose adjustments.
• Manage inventory and transfers of parts between technicians.
• Communicate with internal teams via email, phone, and tools (Teams).
• Monitor urgent delivery times and optimize resources.

What We Are Looking For

Secondary education, basic/intermediate English, 0-2 years of experience in planning, logistics, or similar. Organizational skills, effective communication, Windows tool proficiency, availability for flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
