Responsibilities include:

• Understanding the Customers' organizational structures and becoming familiar with the Customers' network implementation, support processes and procedures to help in designing a network that is highly available and sustainable.
• Performing patch and software upgrade on the security devices and ensuring that they are implemented and functioning correctly.
• Troubleshooting equipment and network problems and opening tickets to vendors – Cisco, Palo Alto, etc. through to problem resolution.
• Raising equipment Return Material Authorizations (RMA's) and tracking these through to problem resolution.
• Working on developing network optimization and configuration reviews.
• Holding technology workshops with the Customers to discuss equipment and network problems, and to provide case status updates, including the reasons for any problems encountered and the workarounds and/or solutions.
• Supporting design and operations and planning of Security products within the Customer infrastructure.
• Responsible for maintaining documentation, diagram, Incident Reports, Root Cause Analysis.
