Your Role

As a Graduate Hardware Engineer, you'll join a dynamic team working on the design, development, and testing of innovative hardware solutions. You'll be involved in projects that deliver new devices and improvements for our high-availability systems, with a focus on sustainability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-speed digital and analogue circuits.
  • Create schematics and support PCB layout and design.
  • Assist in testing, debugging, and qualification of new hardware designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware into complete systems.
  • Support product improvement initiatives and documentation.

Who You Are

A recent or upcoming graduate (2025/2026) with a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related discipline.

Passionate about hardware design and embedded systems.

Familiar with microcontrollers, digital/analogue electronics, and schematic capture tools.

Comfortable using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analysers, multimeters).

Interested in sustainability and innovation in hardware engineering

Preferred (but not essential) Skills

  • Knowledge of FPGA and VHDL.
  • Understanding of motor control, sensors, and switching power supplies.
  • Practical soldering skills, including SMT components.
  • Awareness of high-speed digital interfaces (e.g., DDR, LVDS).
