BIM Engineer (Family Creation)

Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM Engineer with strong expertise in Revit Family Creation to support our BIM deliverables. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing high-quality, parametric Revit families and working closely with design and BIM teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and manage Revit families (Parametric & Non-parametric)
• Develop families as per project standards, LOD requirements, and BIM execution plans
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of BIM content
• Coordinate with architects/engineers to integrate families into project models
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Revit families for performance
• Maintain family libraries and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in BIM with strong focus on Revit Family Creation
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM
• Good understanding of BIM standards, LOD, and workflows
• Knowledge of Architectural / MEP / Structural families (as applicable)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience working on international projects Knowledge of Dynamo or automation tools Understanding of BIM coordination processes
