Key Responsibilities

The role includes installation, repair and service of equipment, electric and hydraulic installations, carrying out water treatment service at the customer’s site, performing cleaning of installations, checking inventory and supplementary orders for chemicals, spare parts and consumables, and ensuring all services and interventions in the field are pre-approved by the manager. Additionally, it involves accurately completing service reports, reporting any major incidents, quality issues, customer feedback and other relevant information from the field to the manager, promoting and maintaining good relations with customers, identifying sales opportunities, complying with quality standards, using NCH Learning or any other company LMS as required, ensuring adherence to NCH Europe's health and safety standards, and operating with integrity at all times.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We are looking for an independent working style as well as someone able to work as a team member. Accuracy, reliability, attention to detail, customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, professional appearance, ability to use power tools, previous customer service experience, high level of planning and prioritizing skills, mechanical and electrical understanding, certified technician/electrician, and a valid UK driving license are required.
