A bit about your role
As the General Manager, Procurement Operations And Assurance, you will lead a diverse and high-impact portfolio across Procurement Operations, Commercial Assurance, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense Management, and Extended Worker Time & Materials Lifecycle Management. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Procurement, Property & Supply, you will be a key member of the PP&S leadership team, shaping operational strategy and driving service excellence across end-to-end value streams and adjacent functions. Your work will directly influence outcomes that matter to nbn and earn the trust of our customers.

You are a strategic and compassionate leader with deep expertise in procurement and commercial operations. With proven experience in business and financial operations, you bring a track record of delivering cultural change, process efficiency, automation and commercial transformation in complex, customer-centric environments. You understand the nuances of shared services and have led teams through operational delivery, governance, risk management and business continuity with clarity and purpose.
Your qualifications in Finance, Business or Risk Management complement your strong business acumen and ability to generate value through insight and performance. You are confident managing outsourced services and supplier relationships, and you bring exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills to every interaction.
