Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

Within the marketing department of Universal Pictures International France, you will assist the Project Managers on the theatrical releases of Universal Pictures International France.

From the definition of marketing strategy to brand partnerships and cinema circuits, you will be an essential part of the future success of our films (EG. The Odyssey, Michael, Minions 3...).

This internship will start on 5th January 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of media agency briefs for online and offline media buying for the film
  • Monitoring media and brand partnerships
  • Coordination of media planning & development in collaboration with the department's marketing expertise teams
  • Preparation of presentations for the Head Office.
  • Preparation of print summaries and documents required for launching the marketing campaign
  • Support in organizing events (e.g., premieres, influencer events, etc.)
  • Audience targeting research for the digital campaign
  • Drafting of post-release summaries

Qualifications

Business School or Cinema Student focused on Marketing gap year or end of studies internship

Internship agreement provided by your school mandatory

Fluent in English

Knowledge of MS packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Knowledge and passion for Cinema

Experience in Advertising or Marketing is a plus
