The Site Operations Representative is responsible for ensuring all operational requirements are met for the smooth start of construction work on-site. This includes obtaining necessary approvals for utilities (water, gas, electricity), preparing the site for mobilization, and coordinating with relevant authorities and internal teams to ensure all prerequisites for starting site works are finalized. This role is vital in bridging the gap between planning and execution, ensuring that the site is ready and accessible for construction crews and subcontractors.

2. Site Preparation & Readiness
Inspect and coordinate initial site clearance, fencing, signage, and temporary facilities (offices, toilets, etc.).
Ensure access roads, delivery zones, and material storage areas are prepared and compliant with safety requirements.
Coordinate with safety teams for hazard identification and initial HSE setup.
3. Cross-Department Coordination
Act as a liaison between operations, construction, HSE, and subcontractors to ensure aligned site mobilization plans.
Facilitate site handover and readiness checklists in coordination with project engineers and project managers.
Schedule and document pre-construction coordination meetings.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain a tracker for all utility applications, permits, and follow-up actions.
Prepare daily or weekly reports on site operational readiness and utility statuses.
Document interactions with utility providers and relevant approvals for audit and compliance.
5. Stakeholder & Government Liaison
Build working relationships with municipal officers, utility company representatives, and local stakeholders.
Ensure all activities are aligned with local authority requirements, zoning laws, and environmental standards.
