Client Services Executive, Specialty
Due to growth, we are adding a Client Services Executive, Specialty to our Pharmacy Trade Relations department.
The Client Services Executive, Specialty supports the strategic and operational needs of specialty pharmacy payor clients and strategic accounts. This position reports to the Specialty Account Executive and interacts regularly with internal stakeholders including operations, clinical, finance, and analytics teams. The role serves as the primary liaison for client communications, implementation coordination, and issue resolution.
The Client Services Executive, Specialty plays a key role in advancing the mission of Lumicera by ensuring client satisfaction, driving value-based initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes. Through proactive engagement and strategic insight, the Client Services Executive contributes to the delivery of high-quality specialty pharmacy services aligned with client goals.

Responsibilities
- Manages implementation activities to ensure seamless onboarding of new specialty pharmacy clients.
- Addresses incoming requests from the client.
- Helps support needs from the Specialty Account Executive and the rest of the account management team.
- Coordinates resolution of patient-specific needs by triaging issues across internal teams and external partners.
- Supports financial assistance processes to help patients access therapy and reduce out-of-pocket costs.
- Conducts claims reviews to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for intervention.
- Leads preparation and delivery of client business reviews to communicate performance and strategic alignment.
- Delivers reporting and analytics to support client transparency, performance tracking, and decision-making.
- Supports execution of value-based initiatives that align with client goals and improve patient outcomes.
- Identifies strategic opportunities to expand client engagement and enhance service delivery.
- Maintains accurate documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Coordinates cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client requests.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3 years of experience in client services, account management, pharmacy, or healthcare operations required
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
